Data Recovery Procedures:

• Pack your faulty device(s) properly;
• Print the Service Form and fill as much information as you can;
• Ship to or drop off your faulty drive(s) to our locations;
• Wait for our email with your service order number;
• The Accounting will email you as soon as your job done;
• Make the payment;
• Wait for the recovered data returned to you on the media of your choice, backup hard drive (preferred), or DVD, or others.

The engineers will start to work on your jobs as soon as receiving your packages. We will email you when the engineers get any results or need more information. Please make sure you provide us a working email address.
